1. How many languages can you speak?
I can speak only two languages. Firstly, I am proficient in spoken Urdu, as it is my mother tongue, and I have been using and learning it for the past 22 years. Then, I can speak English as well to some extent; occasional mistakes and errors are common, as it has been only 2 years since I started learning it.
2. How useful will English be to you in your future?
English is going to be very helpful for me in the future. It will open many job opportunities in foreign countries where English is the first language, thus increasing my monthly income as well. Moreover, as I am very much interested in the history of Europe, I will be able to read English books as well in the future.
3. What do you remember about learning languages at school?
At school, there was not too much focus on learning different languages. Our focused only on our native language, which is Urdu. Those language classes were very engaging, with lots of fun activities that helped us improve our mother tongue.
4. What do you think would be the hardest language for you to learn?
For me, it would be German. I always find the German language to be very difficult to learn. I remember that a few months ago, I started learning it, but I could hardly learn a few words. Though the pronunciation is not that difficult, but to memorize them is quite tough.
