1. Did you have a favourite book when you were a child?
Yes, when I was a child, my favourite book was The Jungle Book because I was fascinated by the animal characters and the adventurous story. It sparked my imagination, and I used to picture myself living in the forest alongside Mowgli. In fact, I read it so many times that some parts are still in my memory.
2. How much reading do you do for your work/studies?
At the moment, I do quite a lot of reading for my work because I need to stay updated with recent articles and reports in my field. Reading helps me understand new ideas, and it also improves the way I communicate professionally. Besides, it’s a habit that keeps me disciplined and curious.
3. What kinds of books do you read for pleasure?
For pleasure, I usually read novels, especially mystery and adventure stories, because they help me relax and keep me curious about what will happen next. Sometimes I also enjoy self-help books, as they give me practical advice for everyday life. Reading different genres makes me feel like I’m travelling through different worlds.
4. Do you prefer to read a newspaper or a magazine online, or to buy a copy?
I prefer to read newspapers and magazines online because it’s faster and more convenient. Moreover, it saves paper, and I can access the latest news anytime without waiting for a printed copy. That said, holding a printed magazine feels more personal and enjoyable, especially on weekends.
