1. How much walking do you do in your daily life?
Honestly, I walk quite a lot. I try to squeeze in at least half an hour every day, usually in the evening. It’s my little way of clearing my head after work, you know? Plus, it keeps me active without feeling like I’m doing a proper workout.
2. Did you walk more when you were at school than now?
Yeah, definitely. Back in school, I had no choice — I walked everywhere: to class, to the canteen, to tuition. Life felt like one long walking route. Now, because of work and errands, I rely more on transport, so my steps have gone down a bit.
3. What places are there to go for a walk near where you live?
There’s a small park near my house where people usually go for evening walks. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s peaceful and has a nice walking track. If I want a change of scenery, there’s also a wide roadside area with trees where people jog or walk early in the morning.
4. Would you ever like to go on a walking holiday?
Oh yes, I’d actually love that. The idea of spending a few days exploring nature on foot sounds really refreshing. I think it would force me to slow down, enjoy the scenery, and just disconnect from daily stress. I’m not super fit, but I feel like it would be worth it.
