The plans illustrate the conditions of the middle of a small town called Islip, at present and with future remodeling.
Overall, the place currently consists of basic amenities. However, there will be significant developmental changes in the future with major focus on developing housing facilities.
In current time, the town has a main road surrounded by shops in the centre, and countryside is at the north of the main road. Furthermore, housing is at the south of the main road, whereas a park stands at the southeast. Also, a school is present at the south west corner of the town.
On the other hand, future prospects include a dual carriageway which encompasses the whole area, except the school and housing at the southwest and south of the town, respectively. Moreover, inside the pathway a Bus station, Shopping centre, Car park and a New housing scheme is to be built towards the north of town. Additionally, there is a pedestrian path alongside a row of shops in the centre of the town, and new housing at the south east side. The park will be redeveloped in a smaller area near the new housing buildings. The school and old housings are to face minor changes.
