The diagram illustrates the manufacturing process of bamboo fabric.
Overall, there are nine stages in total, from planting bamboo in spring to manufacturing clothing items from bamboo fabric.
Firstly, the bamboo plants are planted in the spring season. These plants then mature and are harvested in the autumn manually by humans. The harvested plants are then cut into small strips with a rotating cutter. The strips are then crushed to make the liquid pulp. In the next stage, the liquid pulp passes through a filtration process to separate long fibers from it. These fibers are softened with the addition of water and amine oxide. The softened fibers are then spun to make yarn, which is then woven to make fabric. Finally, the fabric is used to make clothing items such as T-shirts and socks.
In conclusion, clothes manufacturing from bamboo plants is a linear process that involves different stages, from planting the trees to making the clothes from the bamboo fiber.
