1. When do you usually eat bread?
I mostly eat bread for breakfast, and that’s almost every day. I add some eggs and salad to my bread to make my breakfast full of nutrients and carbohydrates. This gives me the energy to work efficiently till the lunch time. So, I eat bread every day for breakfast.
2. How important is bread in your culture?
Bread is an important part of the culture in my country. Early in the morning, you will see the streets are full of customers standing in a queue outside the bakeries to purchase fresh bread for their breakfast. Moreover, some houses also serve bread with a cup of tea whenever guests arrive.
3. Have you tried any kinds of bread from other countries?
Yes, I have eaten one bread that is not made in my country. Last week, I tried Focaccia bread while I was at a restaurant with my friends. This bread has a completely different shape, which really attracts customers. Also, Focaccia bread is made from different ingredients such as olive oil, salt, and some cheese, which gives the bread a unique taste and aroma.
4. Would you be interested in learning how to make bread?
I have thought about it a lot of times. In fact, I contacted one of my friends this morning who is a chef and asked him to help me learn the bread-making process. He told me that he will be free during the winter holidays, so I am looking forward to that.
