Availability of clean water is a basic civil right. Therefore, all houses should have complementary water supply. I agree with the statement because availability of water guarantees a healthy lifestyle and equality.
Fresh water supply saves human life by providing a healthy lifestyle. People have been using fresh water for centuries for various household chores such as cooking and cleaning. Clean water facilitates people fighting several diseases like diarrhea and cholera. Therefore, clean water supply is pivotal for every human being. For instance, if a person at home does not have fresh water supply to clean the house, he will suffer from any serious disease.
Safe water supply promises equality among all social classes. Lower middle class communities have been struggling with water supply shortage due to expensive water bills and low income as well. People from these communities are unable to enjoy the benefits of contaminant free water. Therefore, they get sick easily and end up with chronic diseases. For example, classes with clean water access do not get sick from any chronic disease as compared to the people from lower social class. If these people have proper water supply, they will get equal opportunities to enjoy their lives.
Although, free water access facilitates reducing burden of people, it will significantly raise the expenses for government to manage the water supply. Providing clean water supply will help human beings to enjoy healthy lifestyle.
To conclude, free access of fresh water supply is a basic need of human beings these days.

Availability of microbial-free water is a necessity of human beings and there should be a potable water supply for each house. I extremely agree with the statement because access of clean water facilitates people to live a healthy life and reduces the financial burden. However, access to microbial-free water supply cause government to increase the prices of other things to reduce the free water supply expenses.
Access to microbial-free water is the main reason for healthy lifestyle. People with low income find it difficult to live without free access to contaminant water because of different requirements by the government. Therefore, individuals use contaminated water for drinking and many household chores such as cooking, washing fruits, vegetables, utensils, and clothes. Due to this reason, numerous people die from different waterborne diseases. For instance, a middle-class family who does not have access to free clean water may get several diseases such as typhoid, cholera, and diarrhea.
Availability of contaminant-free water can reduce the financial burden on people from lower middle class. Individuals with low income have to manage all the expenses themselves which causes a considerable increase in their financial burden. Due to higher water supply bills, many people avoid buying expensive food and other miscellaneous things to obtain the benefits of clean water. Therefore, potable, microbial-free water supply reduces the financial stress of many families.
Although microbial free water supply access can reduce diseases and financial stress, it can cause substantial increase in the amount of funds provided by government to pay the workers. For this reason, the government may find it difficult to handle the funds and can increase taxes on other things.
To conclude, availability of contaminant-free water is a basic need of humans. Therefore, every house should be provided with free clean water supply. I agree because it allows people to live a disease-free life, and it can also reduce the financial burden of people with lower incomes. However, it can cause the government to increase taxes on other things to meet the expenses of providing free availability of microbial free water.
