It depends on the situation. If we are in a place where there is good internet connectivity, we can easily reach our destination using Google Maps. Also, maps on our phones are more accurate than paper ones. Therefore, I recommend using maps on our phone as they are more recent, but in case of poor internet, a paper map is more reliable.
2. When was the last time you needed to use a map?
Just last weekend, I had to use a map. Actually, I was travelling to my cousin’s house. I have been there so many times, but last week, there was road construction going on; therefore, I had to take an alternative route. To find my way to his house, I used a map.
3. If you visit a new city, do you always use a map to find your way around?
That’s certain. Whenever I visit a new city, I use my cell phone map to search for different shops, cafes, and other things. I do not rely on the local people, as it wastes time, and they lead us somewhere we do not want to go or have bad reviews.
4. In general, do you find it easy to read maps?
They are quite easy to use, especially for a person like me, who is always updated with technology. Moreover, the user interface of the digital maps is updated regularly, which makes it easier to use and fix the bugs. If we talk about paper maps, they can sometimes be difficult to use because they have certain symbols and icons that are difficult to understand.
