1. Do you have a favourite cafe?
There is one cafe in my city that is my favourite one. It is around 15 minutes away from my home. I always visit this cafe whenever I want to meet my friends or just spend some time alone for self-reflection. The cafe offers a wide range of drinks and sweets.
2. Do you often go to cafés by yourself?
Mostly, I visit the cafe alone. It gives me a chance to focus on different aspects of life, a kind of self-reflection. This is something not possible at home due to noise and other things. Moreover, sometimes I take my laptop to the cafe and do some important and pending work.
3. What do you think helps to make a café very popular?
There are two things that make a cafe popular. Firstly, the cafe should have an excellent menu and offer delicious food items. Secondly, I think the location of a cafe matters as well. It should be in a place where there is no noise, a bit away from the main road, so there is noise of vehicles as well. Otherwise, no one would like to spend their free time there.
4. Why do some people prefer cafés that are part of large chains, rather than small, local cafés?
The only reason I could think of is that the large chains have a staff that is well-trained. They are very cooperative with the customers, they understand their needs, and offer them the best services or food that a customer desires. Such behaviour convinces the customer to come again and again.
