1. What things are important when people are choosing a hotel?
When people choose a hotel, they look for several things. Firstly, they look for the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall hotel. If the hygienic conditions are not maintained inside the hotel, it turns out to be an unpleasant experience. Secondly, I think people check how good the customer service is, their cooperation, dealing with customer complaints is very important.
2. Why do some people not like staying in hotels?
It’s just their personal preference. They don’t like the confined or limited space of the hotel. They want to live in a big open space with a good atmosphere, just like their home. Also, it is possible that they have a bad experience in the past, so they have stopped living in a hotel.
3. Do you think staying in a luxury hotel is a waste of money?
No, I don’t think so. I think if we stay in a luxury hotel, we get more facilities like an indoor pool, good staff, and excellent in-house food. Moreover, living in a luxury hotel really gives the comfort that is not available in other average hotels. Therefore, it’s worth paying for a luxury hotel.
4. How have hotels changed compared to the past?
The biggest change I have seen in the hotels recently is the improvement in their customer service. In the past, there was only one guy at the reception, and every time you had an issue, you had to come to him or her. However, now with just one call you can ask them for literally anything from water, extra hygienic products, to food, you can ask for anything.
