Overall, the Beechwood Farm underwent substantial changes such as construction of farm shop, parking areas, camping field, holiday cottages, and solar panel area.

There were fruit trees, soft fruits, and vegetables sections in the west side of Beechwood Farm in 1950, while the west side of present Beechwood Farm displays a farm shop beside fruit trees while soft fruits and vegetables remain unchanged. There was a track in the old Beechwood Farm that is converted into a small farm road [location?]. Across the track, there was a huge area for sheep that is converted into the parking lot and campaign field located in the northwest corner of the farm. The other half area of sheep is changed into two different sections; solar panel and parking section located in the northeast corner of the farm. Besides these, the southeast corner of the farm in 1950 includes three different sections for chickens, farmhouse, and barn, while today, the barn area is replaced with holiday cottages and new barn is constructed at the fork of two small roads. The place for chicken area and farmhouse remains unchanged.

Overall, the farmland used for crops has remained unchanged, while several new facilities have been added to accommodate visitors.

The farm is bordered by a river and a main road. A side road branches off from the main road, forming a triangular area together with two shorter roads and dividing the farm into two sections.

Standing at the T-intersection of the main road, the farmland used for fruit trees, soft fruits, and vegetables can be seen on the right, and this area has remained unchanged.

Facing the farm from the T-intersection of the main road and the long side road, the same farmland is visible on the right, with the addition of a farm shop near the intersection. In contrast, the former sheep area in the top-right corner has been replaced by solar panels. Whereas, a camping field now occupies the centre of this area, along with two car parks.

Moving further into the triangular zone, a barn is located where the two shorter roads meet. Beyond this zone, the old barn on the right has been replaced by a holiday cottage. However, the farmhouse and the chicken area have remained unchanged.
