Waiting for something can be frustrating, especially when there’s uncertainty about how long it will take. I remember an instance when I had to wait for my best friend at the airport. His flight was scheduled to land at 3 PM, so I reached the airport early, excited to see him after two years.
Unfortunately, his flight got delayed due to heavy fog in London, and I ended up waiting for nearly four hours. I kept checking the flight status updates, but the arrival time kept changing. At first, I tried to keep myself occupied by scrolling through my phone and grabbing a coffee, but as time passed, I started feeling impatient and restless. It felt like I was watching the pot boil, as every minute dragged on endlessly.
