3. Do you agree that the building people work in is more important than the colleagues they work with?
I don’t really agree. While a modern and well-equipped building can improve comfort, the people we work with have a bigger impact on our motivation and productivity. Positive relationships and teamwork often matter more than physical surroundings.

Life might seem fun at first, but over time, it could become boring and unfulfilling. Work gives people a sense of purpose and structure. Without it, many might struggle to stay productive or find meaning in their daily lives.

I believe every job has its own value, but not all are treated equally by society. For example, doctors and teachers play vital roles, but cleaners and delivery workers also keep the system running. Every job contributes in some way.
6. Why do some people become workaholics?
Some people become workaholics because they feel a strong drive to succeed or are under pressure to meet deadlines. Others may use work as a distraction from personal issues. In some cases, workplace culture encourages long hours and overworking.
