Band 6 Response:
Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to you to draw your attention towards the internet issues faced by the residents in our locality.
The internet suddenly stops working or works at a very reduced speed. Also, it keeps on disconnecting time to time, making it difficult for the people to focus on their work. Nowadays, a lot of people work from home and it is harder for them to attend their meetings or even send any emails with the large attachments due to internet failure. Students are unable to submit their assignments on the due date. Also, the elderly people who have internet as their only means of entertainment are unable to enjoy their videos because of internet failure issues which keep on arising.
I would like to request you that the necessary measures be taken like upgrading the local wires to the fibre cable connections so that residents in our area can enjoy the high speed internet without any obstructions are able to meet the deadlines.
Looking forward to hearing from you and I am sure you will take this matter into your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Elen
